The idea
FlowTones is background music for focus, rest and sleep. You choose one of five modes (Focus, ADHD, Deep Work, Relax or Sleep) and press play.
The tracks are built on brainwave frequencies and generated with AI models from Suno and ElevenLabs.
What we built
FlowTones runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install. Anyone can listen to a free 20-minute preview of each mode without a card, and Premium is a monthly subscription.
It is built with Next.js and TypeScript, with Supabase on the back end and Stripe for billing. It is live at flowtones.app.
